1st...how do you find out someone's ip address?

2nd...how do you block the address from accessing your site?

3rd...i know 1 & 2 may sound like odd questions but i am getting really tired of www. rosaries from the heart . com and her webmaster www. w l g studios . com stealing my "intellectual property" it's been a very eventful few days with these people.
